If you are a current network provider and need the credentialing status of a recently added provider to an existing agreement, please send an inquiry to christus.hp.credentialing@christushealth.org.

New Agreement Status
If you have a newly signed agreement that is in credentialing and are looking for the credentialing status, please send an inquiry to christus.hp.credentialing@christushealth.org.
Please allow 48 hours for a response.
Please allow 60 days from the date of agreement signed to allow for normal processing.
