Your OTC Benefit allows you to order from hundreds of useful items that can be mailed directly to your home. There is a wide range of products available and ordering is quick and easy. You can order online by going to our website at ChristusHealthPlanOTC.com, through the OTC-Anywhere mobile app, by mailing in the order form provided in your catalog, or by calling us at the OTC Fulfillment Center at 1-877-906-0738 (TTY: 711), Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 11 p.m. EST.
OTC For Medicare Complete/Medicare Plus/Medicare Guardian
This benefit allows for credit every 3 months to use for Over-the-Counter drugs included in the Over-the-Counter Formulary, without a prescription. Please check your Summary of Benefits for your plan's level of quarterly credit.
