If you are a member in a CHRISTUS Health Plan Medicare Complete (HMO), Medicare Plus (HMO), or Medicare Guardian (HMO) plan, you have access to an over-the-counter (OTC) pharmacy benefit:

Your OTC Benefit allows you to order from hundreds of useful items that can be mailed directly to your home. There is a wide range of products available and ordering is quick and easy. You can order online by going to our website at ChristusHealthPlanOTC.com, through the OTC-Anywhere mobile app, by mailing in the order form provided in your catalog, or by calling us at the OTC Fulfillment Center at 1-877-906-0738 (TTY: 711), Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 11 p.m. EST.
