IRVING, TEXAS - US Family Health Plan (USFHP) TRICARE®, CHRISTUS Health affiliate, announces its new expansion throughout 239 zip codes throughout Texas and Louisiana.

From Nov. 13 to Dec. 12, retired military beneficiaries, their eligible family members, and active-duty family members can enroll in USFHP TRICARE®
As part of the CHRISTUS Health network, beneficiaries of US Family Health Plan (USFHP) TRICARE® have access to more than 18,000 CHRISTUS Health and in-network providers, TRICARE Prime benefits with added dental, vision, hearing discounts, and mobile behavior health services with support from local representatives.
